Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Account Executive to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in sales and account management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
* Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and generating leads.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyse sales data for insights.
* Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving client satisfaction.
* Participate in meetings and presentations to showcase products and services to potential clients.
* Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing reports and documentation.
* Achieving growth targets and KPI's in line with the business objectives
* To read, generate and manipulate statistical data in order to present to the client
* Responsibilities will be reviewed as required with business growth, some additional duties may be required from time to time
* Deliver personal KPI's and revenue target to achieve the overall business goal
* Achieve growth targets for each key accounts
* Attend a minimum of 2 onsite meetings with key accounts per month, and achieve a KPI of weekly meetings via teams/telephone
* Provide a report every month for all sales activity conducted and share successes and results
Skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
* Strong leadership qualities, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* A foundational understanding of sales principles, with a keen interest in pursuing a career in sales.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and derive actionable insights for decision-making.
