Corporate Lawyer
A growing corporate team is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their Leeds office at Associate or Principal Associate level. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong transactional experience to work on a range of corporate deals, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisationsDraft and negotiate transaction documentation, conduct due diligence, and prepare client adviceDevelop client relationships and contribute to business development initiativesWork collaboratively with colleagues on complex and cross-border corporate mattersProvide guidance and mentoring to junior team membersThe CandidateQualified solicitor with 2-8 years' PQE in corporate lawStrong technical ability and commercial awarenessExcellent client service and relationship-building skillsProactive, team-oriented, and able to manage competing prioritiesBenefits & Working Pattern£80,000-£100,000 salary (DOE)Exposure to a range of corporate transactions, including local and international workCareer progression and professional development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team environmentTo Apply For more information or to apply, please contact Danica Whiting.
