As a Funeral Planning & Central Support Team Leader you'll supervise and support the Funeral Planning & Central Support Co-ordinators in delivering the best end of life care, support and client experience alongside efficient administration, and compliant funeral planning services, supporting the Funeral Planning & Administration Manager to achieve strategic goals.
There may be an occasional requirement to travel to other sites to support the wider team.

What to expect...
9. Lead, coach, and develop the team.
10. Support the manager with recruitment, onboarding, training and retention.
11. Oversee and deliver funeral plan sales, redemptions, and administration processes.
12. Ensure timely and accurate processing of bookings, payments, cancellations, invoices and paperwork.
13. Ensure the team is compliant with FCA regulations, company policies, and statutory legislation.
14. Monitor diary efficiency, investigate and resolve complaints.
15. Manage the end-to-end processing of B2B contracts.
16. Produce reports and management information.
17. Build relationships with external agencies and promote community engagement initiatives.
What we're looking for...
18. Must be able to achieve FCA certification.
19. Supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
20. IT literate and a competent user of MS Office.
21. Numerically and financially aware.
22. Great communication skills with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
23. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Training...
24. Previous experience within the funeral industry is not required as we’ll provide full training.
