LYON INC is an early-stage UK-registered technology startup building a next-generation digital management platform that integrates:

We are currently in active prototype development and preparing for structured fundraising. This is NOT a traditional salaried job. We are looking for committed builders who want to join at the foundation level and grow with the company.
What We’re Looking For
* Mobile Engineers (Flutter / Native iOS / Android)
* Backend / API Engineers
* Frontend Dashboard Engineers
* Cybersecurity / DevSecOps Specialists
Requirements
* Be comfortable working in an early‑stage environment.
* Take ownership of features and architecture decisions.
* Be proactive and self‑directed.
* Be genuinely interested in building a scalable SaaS platform.
* Startup experience is a plus, but strong technical ownership mindset is essential.
Compensation Structure
At this stage, compensation is equity-based. We are structuring founding technical roles with equity participation depending on:
* Level of contribution
* Weekly time commitment
* Technical ownership
* Long‑term dedication
As we move toward funding and revenue generation, compensation structure will evolve accordingly.
