Catholic Independent Schools in Chelmsford is seeking a Girls’ House Matron to support the day-to-day running of a senior girls’ boarding house. The Matron will assist with the domestic organisation while contributing to a warm and welcoming environment for pupils.
This role involves strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to help pupils in their routines and wellbeing. Previous experience in a pastoral or care environment is beneficial but not required.
This term-time position requires 44 hours of work per week within a supportive close-knit boarding community.
