As a Building Surveyor, you will be:
1. Carrying out stock condition surveys and ensuring asset data is accurate
2. Producing detailed specifications, drawings, and cost estimates for capital works
3. Managing contractors on site to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification
4. Monitoring progress, attending site meetings, and resolving issues promptly
5. Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, CDM and asbestos requirements
