Our client, A Large public sector organisation, based in Lisburn is looking for an Information Officer to join their team.

Duration: October 2026 with possible extension

Rate of pay: £17.43

Location: Lisburn

Hours: 37 hours per week

Start date: ASAP

Main Duties:

Duties will be processing and logging vacancy requests, via MS Outlook and MS Excel, confirming affordability, seeking CEO approval for NIEA and EMFG in a timely manner (via MS Outlook).

Essential Criteria:

EO1 – 2 A levels (or equivalent) with a minimum of 18 months’ experience:

• Good knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft Office.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.

Desired Criteria:

• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with a wide range of teams.

**Please note that successful applicants will be required to complete an AccessNI clearance**
