Key Accountabilities Lead business analysis to deliver solutions that create real value Analyse complex needs and work with stakeholders to define and prioritise outcomes Partner with Product Owners, SMEs, and delivery teams to design practical, innovative solutions Leverage knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions, including Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA) and Pension Risk Transfers (PRT), to shape effective solutions Provide data-driven insights to guide decisions and highlight key impacts Identify risks and support smooth implementation of change initiatives Mentor teams to strengthen analytical and problem-solving skills Champion best practices for consistent, high-quality outcomes What we're looking for Strong experience in Financial Services, specifically pensions, with knowledge of Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA) or Pension Risk Transfers (PRT) Ability to think strategically and analytically to balance priorities and long-term goals Skilled at solving complex problems with practical, structured solutions Experience in Agile business analysis, solution design, and risk management Ability to leverage data to inform decisions and drive improvements Clear communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels Collaborative and delivery-focused, with a track record of supporting continuous improvement.
