Multi Drop driver / 7.5 tonne driver Urgently Required
Responsible to the Logistics Coordinator the successful candidate will have important role in the growing success of the business and will have a passion for driving the necessary strategies within the organisation to influence and promote a positive culture and working environment by providing comprehensive support for the team. Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the office, whilst fostering a positive relationship within the organisation.
Starting the day at 4am driving in and around London multi dropping on a predetermined route.
Duties of the Multi Drop / 7.5 tonne driver
1. Timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes.
2. Checking orders prior to delivery
3. Unloading of vehicle and providing exceptional customer service to the client base.
4. Face-to-face customer service skills including the ability to deal courteously with customers and the public.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance of Company Vehicle (Inside & Out)
6. Adhering to Tachograph regulations where they apply
7. Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
8. Reporting and recording any vehicle defects.
9. Obtain delivery confirmation from customers where applicable
