Baker – Guild of Dough
Over the past five years, Guild of Dough has grown from a tiny bread delivery operation run out of one of the founders' parents' kitchens into a full-scale retail and production bakery on Ashley Down Road. Today, we supply high-profile wholesale customers across Bristol, including Ragu, Lapin, and Littlefrench. We're now looking for a new Baker to join our team and help us continue our journey.
We're looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their baking career. Previous bakery experience is preferred, but not essential — if you've worked in a back-of-house hospitality role and are ready to learn, we'd love to hear from you. What matters most is a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-start environment.
As part of our team, you'll be working alongside experienced bakers to produce the breads that set Guild of Dough apart. We slow-prove everything overnight, shape our doughs by hand, and pride ourselves on quality and consistency. This is a chance to learn traditional craft baking skills while contributing to one of Bristol's most exciting bakeries.
