We are recruiting for a Crash Facility Supervisor to join a dynamic, highly skilled and expanding team at an exciting time for the Crash Laboratory. The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated, keen and hard-working individual with a passion for vehicles and Crash testing. This will be up to a 12 month contract
The role requires someone who is capable of motivating and overseeing a world class team of technicians preparing vehicles for crash tests as well as being able to lead by example. Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills are required. Must be capable of working in a dynamic & ever-changing environment, multi-tasking and adapting to customer and business needs.
Typical tasks would include but not limited to:
1. Support Facility readiness for open days
2. Support and champion Euro NCAP activities and accreditation
3. Support Crash Lab
4. Supervise, control and run crash lab day to day tasks
5. Efficient allocation of staff to tasks
6. Supervise and drive crash test process and work with test engineer to deliver a test to the required quality, efficiency and timing
7. Customer liaison

Please note this is a 39 hour position working:
8. Monday-Thursday 0800 - 1645 with a 45 minute lunch
9. Friday 0800 - 1545 with a 45 minute lunch
10. There maybe a requirement to work some shift to meet customer and business need
11. The role falls inside IR35
