The postholder is required to provide full administrative support to all Managerial and Supervisory staff within the Oneline business.
This role is part‑time, 3 days per week (Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday -Friday). Core hours: 09:00am to 4.00pm, with a 30‑minute meal break.
More about the role:
* Answering the telephone in a professional manner and directing incoming calls appropriately
* Using the CRM system to collate and report business information as required
* Providing administrative support to all operational staff
* Working with payroll to collate and submit timesheet information
* Working with the operational team to produce invoices
* Scheduling and planning daily planned and reactive works
* Maintaining the efficient and professional standards of the depot
* Assisting with general office administration duties required for the efficient running of the depot
* Maintaining office supplies, PPE stock levels and ensuring timely reordering
* Carrying out any administrative duties required on an ad‑hoc basis
* Providing full office cover in the absence of other office staff
* Undertaking any other duties for which the postholder is suitably experienced and qualified, as instructed by supervision, to meet the needs of the business
* Uploading update on over LinkedIn/social media channels
Qualifications
About you:
* Previous experience of operating in a dynamic office environment
* Invoicing and payroll experience essential
* Strong computer skills, including all Microsoft office applications.
* Scheduling & Planning experience advantageous
* Must be able to operate on own initiative without supervision
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to tailor such skills to any group of people
* Right to work in the UK
