Salary: £130,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a 1st Line Support contractor who has solid previous experience in IT Support within a Microsoft environment. It is essential that you are committed to delivering excellent customer service. Key skills include: Experience in a Windows/Microsoft environment, specifically with SharePoint, Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure. Experience supporting client-facing software is beneficial. Proficient in using ServiceNow ticketing system. Excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: In this role, you will manage and escalate support tickets related to third-party software, as well as handle incoming 1st Line tickets on our helpdesk. This will involve working with external clients as the end user, so strong communication skills and a focus on customer service are paramount. You will also be responsible for triaging tickets and escalating them to relevant teams when necessary. The role is hybrid, requiring you to be in Liverpool one day per week. The daily rate for this position ranges from £130 to £145, and it falls inside IR35.
