What you will do:
Working with Head Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing the team, assisting with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stock rotation
Ensures quality and consistency by following designated recipes
Provide guidance to junior chefs, including but not limited to, cooking, food preparation, and plating dishes
Oversees and organises kitchen stock and ingredients
Ensures a stock rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organised for quality assurance
Who you are :
Formal culinary training
Previous experience in a five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
Extensive food and beverage knowledge
Strong organisational skills
Excellent spoken and written English
