We’re looking for an experienced Data Migration Manager to join a major IT transformation programme. You’ll be responsible for leading data migration strategy, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams, blending in architecture expertise where needed.

3. Salesforce rollout
4. Infrastructure & networks transition
5. O365 & new desktop environment
6. Security & access control systems
7. Data migration across business, collaboration, and security domains
As the Data Migration Manager, you will:
8. Own and deliver the data migration strategy, planning, and execution.
9. Lead data mapping, ETL, and interface/integration specifications.
10. Deliver artefacts including data migration plans, test cases, validation reports, and data catalogues.
11. Manage and coordinate dry-run migrations, issue backlogs, triage, and resolution.
12. Oversee data governance, data models, and reporting requirements (Day 1 readiness and beyond).
13. Lead and coordinate the data migration team, working with IT and business streams.
14. Provide input into wider solution and data architecture as needed.
What we’re looking for:
15. Proven experience as a Data Migration Manager on large-scale transformation or carve-out programmes.
16. Strong background in data migration, ETL, data modelling, and data governance.
17. Hands-on experience across ERP, HR, CRM (Salesforce), O365/SharePoint, and security (AD, PAM).
18. Ability to manage technical delivery teams and coordinate complex migration activities.
19. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, working across IT and business functions.
