£12.31 per hour. Permanent 20 hours per week
Night Shift: 9:45pm-7:45am. Flexibility and working some weekends essential

About Falcon Mews
A supported living service for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. Some of the individuals who we support may also present challenging behaviour experience in this is essential.
Support Worker Duties
* Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
* Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
* Assisting with the development of person centred plans
* This includes employment, education and other opportunities
* Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
* Providing personal care where needed
* Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
