We are an independent and MICHELIN guide listed neighbourhood restaurant run by an incredibly passionate Restaurant Manager and Head Chef team. Your role as the Assistant Manager:
You will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the front of house team and their training and development as well as maintaining standards and ensuring that the running of this busy and ambitious restaurant is a success. The ideal person would have a good understanding of wine, be experienced in running busy services to a high standard as well as nurturing successful teams and fostering a positive culture.
Assistant Manager Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but full training and guidance will be given throughout to help to succeed in your role with us. This position could be ideal for a supervisor with experience in a similar business looking to take the next step.
* A solid interest in food and drink. We take this very seriously.
* A willingness to learn and develop. There is much room for growth and development within the business.
* Must be able to drive or have a reliable method of transport to get to and from work.
