Role
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will support the smooth running of the sales process, ensuring customers receive a high standard of service from order to delivery. Specifically, you will manage customer orders from processing through to fulfilment and invoicing, arrange product shipments and track deliveries, and keep customers informed throughout. You will also act as the first point of contact for post‑sales enquiries, liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and maintain efficient operations. In addition, you will support purchasing and stock control activities, ensuring accuracy and organisation across all tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and fulfil customer orders including invoicing and logistics.
* Track and communicate shipment progress to customers.
* Serve as the initial point of contact for post‑sales enquiries.
* Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve customer and operational queries.
* Assist purchasing and maintain accurate stock records.
Qualifications and Experience
* At least two years’ experience in a sales support or customer‑service role.
* Experience using Sage 50 Accounts.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Excel and online systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
* Team‑oriented approach with a can‑do attitude.
* Friendly and professional manner.
