Missing Support Worker (Children and Families Social Care, Contact and Referral Assessment Team)

Responsibilities
* Deliver all Return Home Interviews (RHI) for young people from the South Tyneside borough, using youth engagement skills to build trusting relationships and develop follow-on work that meets the individual needs of the young person.
* Record interventions to a high standard while ensuring that each young person’s voice is heard.
* Work in partnership with the Missing Children’s Coordinator to ensure strong recording and appropriate information sharing with other key agencies such as Police and social care.
