Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated near Worthing, Sussex. CBW is recruiting a Fabric Engineer to work on a large pharmaceutical site situated in Worthing. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most general fabric trades. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £29,661, overtime and further training.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
* General fabric repairs
* Furniture moves porterage
* Painting & Decorating
* Basic lighting
* Fixing Furniture
* Hanging Pictures & Shelves
* Maintain and update Log books
* Assist the maintenance team on site e.g PPMs, fire alarm tests, tap temp checks, flushing
* Escort sub-contractors
* To undertake basic Fabric duties which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks, making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.
