What the Job Involves This role involves safeguarding the welfare of children and adults by conducting assessments, planning, and delivering interventions and support in line with legislation. You'll manage a complex caseload, provide expert advice to staff, and engage in co-production with service users, carers, and partners. As part of your role, you will also participate in critical processes, such as Mental Capacity Assessments, and contribute to policy development while promoting professional standards and continuous improvement in service delivery.
