What the job looks like:
• Confidently delivering pre-planned lessons, ensuring strong ratios of student engagement and completion
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies, with both consistency and warmth
• Supporting students with professionalism, encouragement, and patience
• Collecting and organising completed work for the use of the classroom teacher
• Reporting back on learning progress and behaviour for the use of the classroom teacher
