Position: Residential Support Worker

Salary: >£29640 - inclusive of sleep ins

Mayfield Recruitment are currently looking for a Residential Support Worker in the Tuxford area on a permanent basis. The position for the Residential Support Worker will need to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person centered care to all residents. This role is to work with 9-14 year olds with EBD.
This role does not offer sponsorship and you must hold a valid UK driving license.
The Residential Support Worker will be responsible for:
Helping Children and young people with leisure interests and skill development inside and outside the home.
Implementing personal care plans set out for Children and young people.
Assisting with day care activities. Communicating with other staff about Children and young people needs/activities.
Recording Children and young peoples needs/activities/behaviours in the homes diary system.
The Residential Support Worker will need:
Must be NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
Full UK driving license
Must have at least 2 years experience working with children with EBD and Learning Disabilities
Be willing to carry out personal care
Hold a full UK valid driving license
