Fully Qualified Electrician – Home Repairs Team
We are seeking a fully qualified Electrician to join our Home Repairs Team, working across domestic properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to become part of a well-established team, carrying out essential electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance in domestic properties.
* Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.
* Conduct electrical inspections, testing, and certification to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard.
* Provide excellent customer service while working in occupied homes.
* Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified electrician with Level 3 Electrical Installation.
* AM2 qualification (or equivalent).
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
* Testing and Inspection (2391 or equivalent) certification.
* Proven experience in domestic electrical work, including maintenance, repairs, and installations.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to work safely and efficiently.
* Full UK driving licence (preferred).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally with tenants and homeowners.
We will provide you with a company van, therefore a full driving licence is a must.You will also be assigned a specific geographical area where the majority of your work will take place, however you may need to attend other areas when the business requires. How to Apply:
