IT Operations and Compliance Lead Location: Broughton Astley, Leicestershire (3x days in office per week) Salary: £50k Role Profile The IT Operations and Compliance Lead will own and operate our Internal IT and Compliance function. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for secure, stable and scalable internal technology operations. The role ensures audit readiness, effective governance and strong operational discipline across infrastructure, applications and security controls.
