Our unprecedented growth means we now have a fantastic opportunity for skilled, field-based Roadside Mechanics to join our Roadside Patrol team. As a SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic you will need: A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) Demonstrative technical, electrical and diagnostic experience A customer focused approach A full UK driving licence Flexibility to work at relatively short notice Open to travel and overnight stays if necessary In the role of SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic, you will come across a diverse range of breakdowns and technical issues so technical experience is essential. You will need to demonstrate core mechanical, electrical and diagnostic experience. As a SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic you’ll work the equivalent of 40 hours per week without a set roster. This means you will receive your roster seven days in advance, while the core hours that you are scheduled to work will be sent three days in advance. You will work within the hours of 0600 and 0200. Your shift patterns will include evenings, early mornings, weekends and bank holidays. This role may require you to work in different areas of the country with the possibility of overnight stays in some instances. You will benefit from a comprehensive induction and you will also have access to the latest vehicle technology, along with support from our technical team.
