Overview
Our client, a well-established property maintenance company based in Borehamwood, requires an Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities
* Banking cheques/verifying batches
* BACS payments
* Dealing with all genres of calls in regards
* Dealing with complaints via letter/email
* Direct debit process – set up/cancellations/queries/collection
* Liaising with solicitors
* Taking payments over the phone
* Liaising with mortgage companies re breaches of leases
* Arranging payment plans with leaseholders
* Referral files to solicitors for further arrears recovery
* Preparing ground rent conveyancing packs
* Fees letters & emails
* Any other work as assigned by the manager
About You
* A good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
* Previous experience within a similar role and environment
* Have a background in administration/customer service
