We’re looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Co‑ordinator – Trainee to support data management, reporting, and stock flow across our global supply chain. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and develop strong supply chain foundations in a fast‑paced environment. This role is based in Cirencester
What you’ll do:
* Monitor supplier performance and delivery trends using Excel.
* Review MRP messages and stock reports to prevent supply issues or overstocking.
* Identify potential part shortages and elevate where needed.
* Maintain supply chain dashboards and support new system adoption.
* Provide data analysis for stock levels, sales trends, and availability reporting.
* Support weekly Global Supply vs Demand reporting.
* Help manage stock intake and suggest process improvements.
* Monitor stock health within the UK GDC.
About You
* Confident using MS Office, especially Excel.
* Good analytical skills.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A supportive team player with a willingness to learn.
