The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
Help pupils develop emotional regulation, confidence, and positive behaviour strategies
Support learning activities and help pupils stay engaged in the classroom
Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team to implement behaviour support plans
Promote a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
Monitor and report on pupil progress and wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, behavioural needs, or additional learning needs

A good understanding of safeguarding and inclusive education
This role is ideal for individuals with experience as a Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, or Support Worker who are committed to supporting pupils with additional needs.
