Overview of the Role
Are you an experienced Operations or Facilities Manager, with experience in a mixed-use or shopping centre environment? This role could be for you! Join a growing property management company, specializing in shopping centres, as the Assistant Centre Manager of a large Shopping Centre in North London.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Assist the Centre Manager in providing operational excellence to tenants, visitors, and the community.
* Support and liaise with tenants and external stakeholders, including managing service providers in marketing and commercialization.
* Manage contractors for hard and soft services to ensure high customer service standards onsite.
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance onsite.
This role offers the opportunity to:
* Play a key role in the centre’s success, with opportunities to generate ancillary income and streamline operations.
* Contribute to community engagement and support the wider senior management team.
* Enhance your shopping centre knowledge, progressing towards a Centre Manager position.

The ideal candidate will be:
* Experienced in facilities management or management in retail or mixed-use environments.
* Comfortable managing service charge budgets and applying budgeting techniques.
* An effective communicator at all levels and a team player.
The salary for this role is up to £50,000, complemented by a benefits package.
