Length of Contract: GI Group are now seeking to appoint an Analyst to our Public Sector client. The Analyst will support the Covid 19 Vaccination Programme. They will maintain operational reports, provide insight and timely data surrounding the operational delivery of Flu and Covid vaccinations across the region.
Support teams to ensure that the portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed, and delivered effectively.
Support and inform the targeting of resources, monitoring spends, implementation and evaluation of the tasks/projects by providing high quality support including complex information and analysis, communications, and stakeholder management.
Ensure accurate, open communication and co-ordination with a range of organisations and individuals, researching and drafting correspondence and papers and ensuring the management of specific tasks, lead reporting and analysis across a range of specialties, functions, and projects.
Training other members of the programme in the use of Foundry, including contour and the various datasets, as well as other analytical tools to increase their skill base and ensure resilience in the team.
Fulfilling data and reporting requests, both ad-hoc and regular to both the region and relevant entities to ensure they have high quality and timely data on which to make decisions.
Maintaining awareness of information governance and data sharing restrictions to ensure data and reports are only shared with appropriate audiences.
Communicating and working with data pipeline engineers to meet data requirements and ensure data quality.
Attending meetings to explain/give context/answer questions on data, to maintain awareness on data/IG/engineering pipeline changes.
Strong understanding of Information Governance and data sharing restrictions
Experience working with Data Pipeline Engineers
