To further fuel our growth, our UK sales organization is looking for a sales account manager to help take our business to the next level.
What You'll Do
We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to join our growing sales team.
This is a hybrid role combining account management and new business. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, while also prospecting and developing new opportunities.
You will work closely with our analyst team to position high-value market intelligence products, including industry reports and subscription-based services.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level commercial professional who wants ownership of revenue and the chance to build long-term client relationships while contributing to pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, driving retention, upsell, and expansion
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key senior stakeholders
* Identify opportunities to grow account value through repeat purchases and subscriptions
* Prospect and generate new business opportunities within target accounts and new logos
* Lead discovery calls to understand client needs and buying context
* Present and position research solutions clearly and commercially
* Manage pricing discussions and close deals
* Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot
* Work alongside analysts to align solutions with client requirements
* Contribute to improving sales processes and client engagement strategies
What We're Looking For
* 2-5 yrs in B2B sales or account management
* Proven ability to manage accounts and grow revenue over time
* Experience selling consultative, data, or insight-led solutions preferred
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable balancing account management and new business activity
* Commercially minded, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities
* Structured and organised, able to manage multiple accounts effectively
* Confident communicator, able to engage mid-to-senior stakeholders
* Proactive and resilient, with a growth mindset
