The Opportunity
As a Commercial Manager – MRO, you’ll take full ownership of the commercial lifecycle — from bid and negotiation to contract execution and completion. Working at the forefront of aviation innovation, you’ll shape the commercial success of complex, high-value maintenance programmes that support customers who serve, protect and save lives.
What You’ll Do

Lead the preparation of compelling quotations for maintenance activities.

Draft, negotiate, and manage robust commercial agreements.

Oversee contract delivery, ensuring compliance and performance excellence.
*
Collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Production, Maintenance, Finance, and beyond.

Drive continuous improvement in commercial practices and reporting.
About You
You’re a sharp, detail-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of business and aviation. With proven commercial experience and a strong grasp of MRO operations, you know how to balance risk, value, and opportunity.
Essential Requirements:

Degree in Business, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

Solid background in commercial or contract management roles.
*
Deep understanding of MRO environments and Part 145/CAMO regulations.
*
Track record of leading successful negotiations and managing contract profitability.
*
Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a proactive mindset.
