Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman (Civils) to join a long-term infrastructure project involving the re-design of a train station (non-rail works). This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on foreman looking for a stable, long-duration role.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site operations
* Lead and supervise site teams, ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently
* Work hands-on when required, supporting site activities
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards
* Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and stakeholders
* Monitor progress and maintain quality standards
Requirements
* Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
* Proven experience in civil engineering projects
* Ability to work hands-on alongside the team
* Ideally hold CPCS Blue card (machine tickets preferred)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
