Job Title: PA/Business Support Manager\n\nLocation: Leeds City Centre (free parking) \n\nSalary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE\n\nHours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm (Fully Office-Based Role)\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive PA/Business Support Manager to join a well-established company based in Leeds. This varied role will provide comprehensive PA support to senior leadership, as well as managing office facilities, event coordination, HR administration, and data reporting. This role is ideal for a highly organised professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.\n\nThe role will be working in modern offices in Leeds City Centre and will include free parking and great benefits.

It will be joining a fast paced and energetic team, and they are looking for a positive and capable candidate to work in an autonomous and varied role. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPA Support:\n\nProvide PA and administration support to senior leadership\nSupport confidential tasks for the CEO.\nBooking national and international travel and accommodation for the team\nBooking meetings and coordinating catering \nOrganise supplier events, ensuring seamless communication and logistics.\nManage social events, including the annual Summer & Christmas parties.Office & Facilities Management:\n\nOversee office supplies and ensuring stock is replenished\nMaintain office cleanliness and liaise with cleaning providers.\nSupport HR administration, including onboarding and new starter welcome packs.\nManage meeting room bookings and availability.Reporting & Administrative Support:\n\nAssist with weekly and month reporting using Excel \nPrepare meeting packs, ensuring accuracy and flagging any discrepancies.About You:\n\nProven experience in a PA, Office Management, or Business Support role.\nStrong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nProactive approach with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.\nStrong Microsoft Excel and data management skills.\nA calm and unflappable approach\nWillingness to take initiative and suggest improvements.Benefits:\n\nFree car parking in Leeds city centre, available 7 days a week\nPrivate healthcare\nDeath in Service\nSummer and Christmas company events\nPerformance-based year-end bonusThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact in a dynamic and growing organisation.
