Student Progress Leader (SPL)
The SPL is a crucial role within our student support structure, leading a designated year group and ensuring all students achieve their personal best. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing 360° care, challenge and support for each student.
* Ensuring students learn and achieve well across the curriculum.
* Setting high expectations and holding students accountable for behaviour and attendance.
* Promoting a culture of high achievement and celebration.
* Collaborating with tutors and the 360 Year Team Managers to build strong relationships with students, parents and carers.
Teacher of Design Technology (DT)
As a member of the Creative Arts and Industry faculty, the Teacher of DT will deliver an academically rigorous, diverse curriculum that promotes curiosity and independence. Responsibilities include:
* Teaching and developing the Design Technology curriculum.
* Working with a skilled team to support professional growth and curriculum development.
* Participating in weekly meetings focused on teaching and learning.
* Receiving high‑quality individual support and challenge through the line manager and Trust CPD programmes.
