Workstream Lead - Operations, Life and Pensions, Finance, Recovery
Up to £730 per day (Inside IR35)
Edinburgh/Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)

My client is an International Consultancy who require a Workstream Lead with a strong Operations, Finance and Life and Pensions background to play a key role within the Pensions Operations function of their end customer.
Key Requirements:
* Background in an Operations Leadership capacity within Life and Pensions
* Proven experience of managing financial processing functions
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence across departments and seniority levels
* Solid understanding of Pension scheme Operations, Regulatory Frameworks (TPR, FCA etc) and financial controls
* Experience of implementing or improving BAU processes, including automation, risk management, KPI/MI frameworks, and ability to help shape the future-state BAU Operations model
* Ability to implement controls and metrics to monitor performance, accuracy, and compliance in all "money-in" activities
* Flexible approach towards hybrid working (2 days onsite per week)
Nice to have:
* Previous experience in Recovery or Transformation projects
* Working knowledge of financial process with focus on contributions or direct payments
* Experience of participating in audits, governance forums and senior management reporting
* Commercial exposure to pension administration platforms or contribution management systems, auto-enrolment and/or Defined Contributions (DC) pension schemes
* Immediate availability
