Their client base includes corporate offices, retail environments, and global brands. Known for innovation and technical excellence, they're now looking to bring on an Operations Manager to lead and optimise the engineering & installation operations. Role Purpose You'll be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, resources are well-managed, and clients consistently get excellent service. Working directly with the Engineering Director, you'll oversee scheduling, logistics, supplier and stock management, and uphold best practice processes (including ISO9001), helping scale operations smoothly.
