Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences or Nuclear Energy

You’ll join as a 360 recruitment consultant, with warm clients to leverage and structured training from experienced consultants. Whether you lean toward the scientific or engineering side, you'll be backed to build a successful desk in a future-facing field.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates in either Life Sciences or Nuclear Energy.
* Delivering quality recruitment solutions with integrity and technical understanding.
* Working closely with senior leadership in a flat-structured, agile environment.
* Driving revenue with access to high-value, specialist markets.
What They’re Looking For:
* Recruitment experience (1-3+ years ideal) or sales experience with a clear interest in recruitment.
* Someone excited by complex industries and long-term client relationships.
* Curiosity, professionalism, and a performance-driven mindset.
* A collaborative approach - no lone wolves, no internal competition.
