Agriculture Training AssistantLocation: ClonmoreContract: PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for an organised and detail-focused Agriculture Training Assistant to join our Learning & Development function. This role plays a vital part in delivering an efficient, accurate and audit-ready training service, supporting compliance and continuous improvement across the agriculture function.Working closely with the L&D Coordinator, you will take ownership of training records, documentation and systems, ensuring all learning activity is recorded accurately and meets regulatory and audit standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills, an interest in training, and a proactive, team-focused approach.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the L&D Coordinator with day-to-day administrative tasksEnsure all training documents are current, controlled and compliantMaintain accurate assessment and competency records to audit-ready standardsUpdate training completion accurately and promptly on the Learning Management System (LMS)File and record all training documentation, assessments and certificates correctlyObtain PO numbers for training and file all associated paperworkSupport new starter inductions as requiredProduce KPI reports and track completed and outstanding trainingCommunicate pending changes, training priorities and current issuesArrange and evaluate internal and external training, assessing effectivenessTake minutes during meetingsUndertake any additional duties required to support the needs of the roleWhat You'll Bring:Strong administration and organisational skillsExcellent IT skills with good working knowledge of Excel, Word and OutlookExperience using LMS or training databasesAttention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate recordsProfessional manner and confidence handling confidential informationStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently and proactivelyTraining or L&D background (desirable)Why Work for Pilgrim's Europe?At Pilgrim's Europe, we recognise that our people drive our success.
