Call Advisors We are working with a leading employer based in Dungannon recruit for Call Advisors to join their team. The Call Advisors will support the Response Maintenance Team with daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting. The role requires strong teamwork and communication skills as you will be on the phone speaking with tenants daily. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in an office-based environment. Monday Friday (Office hours) The Call Advisors will be responsible for: Managing internal and public email and telephone enquiries. Providing professional customer service and telephone support in a polite and efficient manner. Overseeing and maintaining assigned contracts, meeting deadlines, and keeping tenants, management, and contractors informed. Scheduling appointments and meetings and keeping diaries updated. Maintaining accurate records. Supporting the wider response maintenance team. What you will need to have for the Call Advisor roles: Strong customer service skills essential, making this role well suited to those with hospitality or retail experience. Previous administrative experience is desirable but not required, as full training will be provided. Demonstrating reliability, flexibility, and adaptability. Ability to use your own initiative and work accurately under pressure. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office. Strong planning and communication abilities.
