1. Basic Salary: £18,000
2. OTE: £40,000 - £50,000
3. Mon - Fri 8:30 - 18:00 Day Off in week
4. Every Sat, 1 in 3 Sundays
5. 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
6. Franchised Dealership, Large Group
7. Full UK Driving Licence is required
Our client, a franchised main dealer, is looking for an experienced sales executive to join their their tight-knit, high performing sales team.
Our client offers exceptional work/life balance in an automotive sales role with their 5 day working week structure and are looking for motor trade experienced Car Sales Executives with ideally 3 or more years of automotive sales experience t hit the ground running.
Duties of a Car Sales Executive with our Client:
8. Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets
9. Achieve maximum profitability on Vehicle sales
10. Selling Warranty and Finance
11. Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
12. Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty, and finance facilities
13. Achieve industry-leading standards of customer care
14. Become Brand Ambassador and develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, price, and key features
What our client expects of their Car Sales Executives:
15. Ideally 3+ year's experience of automotive sales experience
16. Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
17. Excellent customer satisfaction skills
18. Confident communication skills
19. Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory/process orientated environment)
20. Organisation skills and being able to manage customer appointments.
21. Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and prospect customers to maximise every sales opportunity.
22. Full UK Driving Licence
23. Right to work within the UK
