Job Description
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
Location: Cheadle
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 Hours)
Deliver an exceptional visitor experience, including welcoming guests and ensuring they are introduced to the appropriate staff.
Maintain the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Coordinate meeting room bookings for managers, presentations, and general site use.
Manage all incoming and outgoing post, including accurate recording and distribution.
Handle customer e-billing enquiries received via email and forward them to the relevant staff.
Operate a busy switchboard, directing calls promptly and professionally.
Assist with the preparation of ID card requests for Security processing.
Place and manage stationery orders for the business.
Report any site issues or defects to the Facilities Team.
Support the local management of ISO 14001 & ISO 27001 standards, with potential expansion to additional accreditations.
Oversee car parking facilities on site.
Manage office equipment to ensure it is maintained and operational.
Provide support to the IT Team for on-site duties.
Assist with the local management of fire safety and evacuation procedures.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Smart appearance and good timekeeping.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
