Role Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and inquisitiveOperations Associateto oversee the day-to-day running of our business. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for a self-starter with strong initiative who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

o Manage daily operational processes, including settlement and compliance.
o Oversee operational workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
o Liaise with counterparties, contractors, and service providers.
o Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements.
o Support investment management activities with accurate and timely operational input.
o Maintain and improve systems, controls, and operational procedures.
o Provide input into strategic initiatives and contribute to the growth of the firm.
Requirements
*
o Minimum 3 years’ experience in the financial services sector, ideally within investment management or private client operations.
o Strong knowledge of settlement, operations, and compliance processes.
o Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
o Proficiency with MS Office suite and confidence using technology.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
