About the Role This role will focus on winning new clients and expanding Neuvens footprint through consultative, solutions-led selling. As Senior Business Development Manager reporting to the Sales Director, you will own theend-to-end sales processand be accountable for delivering new revenue growth. Your role will include identifying, researching and prioritising target prospects, engaging senior decision makers, and clearly articulating how our solutions address their specific workforce challenges. You will lead client meetings and presentations, manage opportunities through the sales pipeline, and take full responsibility forclosing dealsand achieving agreed sales targets. Post-sale, you will oversee contract negotiation and support the implementation team, ensuring commercial terms are clear, risks are managed, and a smooth handover into ongoing account management is achieved. You will receive full training and ongoing support from your line manager, an experienced sales coach with a proven track record of developing high-performing business development professionals. The k ey role responsibilities are: Proactively generate and progress high-quality opportunities through a mix of targeted prospecting, outbound calling, personalised email campaigns, LinkedIn/social selling and sector networking. Identify, research and prioritise target organisations in our core and emerging markets, mapping key stakeholders and developing multi-contact engagement plans. Build and nurture relationships with senior decision makers, taking a consultative approach to diagnose their challenges and position our solutions as the preferred option. Lead the full 360 sales cycle end-to-end from initial discovery and solution design through to proposal creation, presentations/demos, negotiation, commercial sign-off and close. Own contract discussions and commercial terms, ensuring profitable, sustainable agreements and a smooth handover into implementation and ongoing account management. Continuously monitor and report on market conditions, sector trends and competitor activity, using insights to refine your approach and inform wider sales strategy. Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline and forecast, consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team KPIs across qualified opportunities, conversion rates, revenue and margin.
