Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide executional support across all client accounts and campaigns helping the team to deliver high quality work that increases performance and is delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
The nature of All Response Media’s business requires a high level of flexibility, common sense and attention to detail. While the specific content of your role is clearly defined, this may evolve over time and needs a proactive, hands-on approach to duties.
We expect you to show confidence and competence in some key areas as discussed in the Core Skills and Competencies area of your job description. You will be expected to undertake various training/induction programs, internally and externally, throughout your first year of employment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Taking charge of certain client reports and ensuring clients are presented with the right data to show accurate performance indicators. All reports should be accurate and delivered on time
* Working closely with the team towards planning and executing outreach campaigns. From having input into ideation, planning promotion and outreach strategies through to execution and campaign review
* Continuing to manage and expand the outreach element of each campaign to drive performance in terms of authority and rankings as well as referral traffic through outreach placements
* Working closely with the team to test and innovate all aspects of Digital PR & content
* Carrying out scheduled and ad-hoc analysis on performance, industry, competitor, content, site authority and brand campaigns and much more
* Staying up to date on best practice and ensuring this is effectively communicated to the wider ARM team and clients where appropriate
* Developing working relationships with various client members, external agencies and other channels within ARM
* Assisting with new business preparation
* Increasing your skills using a wide range of online tools which currently include (but not limited to always looking to expand):
o Google Analytics
o HARO
o ResponseSource
o Wider Media Databases
* Becoming a central figure in our paid content promotion activities helping to drive account performance and reviewing data to increase long term learnings and refinements from all paid activity
* Understand client’s business and digital/SEO objectives and challenges and development of clear briefs, insights, and SEO strategies for client buy in.
* You will be responsible for identifying high-quality partners, building relationships with relevant online publications, journalists, bloggers, editors and publishers in order to produce high quality links and increased online awareness for clients.
