Job Description
Healthcare Assistant
Location: Colchester, CO6
Pay Rate: £16.00 – £20.00 per hour
Shifts: Part Time | Nights | 10pm - 8:30am | 1-2 shifts per week

Meet Our Client
We're looking for compassionate, patient, and reliable Healthcare Assistant's to join a dedicated care team supporting a 10-year-old boy with complex care needs who lives at home with his loving family in Colchester. He enjoys watching films and spending time with his peers, and your role will help him thrive every day.
In this rewarding position, you'll provide personalised 1:1 care, ensuring he stays safe, comfortable, and happy throughout the night.
Overnight, you'll maintain a watchful eye, creating a calm and soothing environment to ensure he sleeps safely and comfortably.
As our client is non-verbal, we're seeking patient carers who can understand his cues and interpret his needs, ensuring he receives the highest standard of care.

What You'll Need
3 months' care experience
Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
Clear communication skills
