Commercial Contracts Manager - Public Sector Facing
Mainly remote working with client visits and monthly office visits. This will suit someone based in the Midlands or the South of England.
£50-60k + £5k Car Allowance + 10% Bonus
A high profile Commercial Manager role that is being hired due to winning of new contracts and growth of the commercial function. Working with a leading outsourcing business in a variety of different customer facing contracts.
The role:
1. Post-Signature contract management of new & key public sector facing contracts.
2. Act as a trusted commercial adviser providing comprehensive commercial guidance to the deal leadership team.
3. Identify the risks, liabilities and commitments of contractual agreements; ensure these are clearly understood and that the business fully appreciates any potential impact.
4. Define and develop the correlation between the contractual terms, the pricing structure and the solution.
The Person:
Strong post signature contract management experience. Successful track record of strong stakeholder management and problem solving. Able to thrive in a dynamic, intense, performance-driven culture. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change. Delivers clear, easy to understand messages; compelling to listen to and able to inspire confidence.
NB - This is not a sales or procurement role; you will need to demonstrate excellent commercial/legal and contract management skills in the interview process.
