We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Hydraulics Engineer This is a hybrid role and will be based in the Design Office is in Manchester with the option for remote working. Occasional visits to other offices and site are expected. The role has a negitiable hourly rate and can be be outside IR35. EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED Experience in hydraulics, surge analysis and design for water and wastewater transmission, treatment and collection/distribution systems from feasibility through to detailed design, construction and commissioning support. Be assertive, collaborative and curious, paying attention to relevant detail and be able to apply critical thinking to problem solving. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE The successful Candidate should hold a degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering subject. Membership or working towards membership of a relevant professional chartered institute. Have UK project experience with a working knowledge of current UK regulations and design codes for H&S, environmental and engineering aspects. Experience in thermofluids, network flows and hydraulic modelling. Experience with using HADES for steady state hydraulics.
