The Role
As our Office Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across the business. From producing quotations and managing documents, to liaising with suppliers and supporting directors. You’ll be at the heart of our office — keeping everything organised, professional, and efficient.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Producing quotations, processing orders, and preparing production and delivery documents.
* Assisting with job costing, tender documents, and PQQs.
* Handling supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment queries.
* Communicating with customers via email and phone, providing first-class support.
* Minute taking and producing of actions plans.
* Maintaining quality and health & safety documents, audits, and reports.
* Supporting HR with documentation and inductions.
* Managing general office duties — filing, archiving, scanning, and newsletters.
* Providing direct support to directors and other departments when needed.
About You
* Organised, structured, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Comfortable under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A strong communicator with a positive, proactive attitude.
* A team player who can also work independently when required.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a plus (training provided if needed).

* Mon-Thu: 8:00am - 5:00pm (30 min lunch)
* Fri: 8:00am - 1:00pm (early finish!)
Qualifications
* GCSEs (Grade 6/5/4 or equivalent) in Maths and English
